Clik here to view.[Audio below.] Several years ago, a kinnus to provide chizuk in tefillah was held at Bais Medrash Kol Aryeh in Lakewood, NJ, The event wasarranged by Rav Moshe Peretz Schwartz, rov of the shul, and featured a number of drashos. The final drashah was delivered by Rav Yissocher Frand of Yeshivas Ner Yisroel in Baltimore. The powerful shmuess, delivered in English, highlights many important  points regarding tefillah.
