Watch: The Song for Siyum Hashas
As we approach the series of the 13th Siyum Hashas events, to be organized around the Jewish world by the Dirshu organization during the coming winter, a new, unique song has been released that will accompany the series of exciting events in honor of the Torah, in honor of our gedolim shlita, in honor of those completing Shas, those who are kove’a itim and those who honor Torah and those who study it.
The song that was written is based on the words, כִּי בִי יִרְבּוּ יָמֶיךָ וְיוֹסִיפוּ לְּךָ שְׁנוֹת חַיִּים (“For through Me your days will be increased, and add years of life for you”). The pasuk is from Mishlei (9:11), and is performed by singers Zanville Weinberger and Ahrele Samet, accompanied by the Malchus Choir.
The strongly expresses the excitement felt by klal Yisroel about those completing Shas. Ki vi yirbu yomecha veyosifu lecho shnos chayim – speaks to the entire community and encourages it to continue learning more and more Torah, and also speaks to the tens of thousands of those completing Shas, and the thousands who take the Dirshu examinations, and encourages them to continue learning and taking the tests, and of course turns most of all to our gedolim, who merit teaching Torah to all of klal Yisroel, and we daven that in merit of our holy Torah their days will be lengthened and have years of life added, in good health.

Yeshiva Bais Hillel: Limited Openings for Post-Bais Medrash Bochurim for Unparalleled Experience
Yeshiva Bais Hillel, located in Brooklyn, between Flatbush and Boro Park, has become a go-to destination for quality bochurim – both pre- and post-Eretz Yisroel – seeking to shteig under world-class talmidei chachomim and maggidei shiur.
Led by Rav Aryeh Leib Zell, the yeshiva has fused a group of choshuve kollel yungeleit with post-bais medrash bochurim into a cohesive chaburah. The limud of the yeshiva is Seder Kodshim, providing the bochurim with an opportunity to plumb the depths of this segment of Shas that is so popular in many Yerushalayim yeshivos attended by American bochurim.
In addition to the unique, warm and welcoming atmosphere of the yeshiva, lomdim are drawn to the rosh yeshiva of first seder, Rav Shnayor Burton, an outstanding talmid chochom and lamdan whose reputation has turned Yeshiva Bais Hillel into a choice destination for bnei Torah.
Other maggidei shiur at the yeshiva include Rav Yishai Grant and Rav Akiva Brun, and shmuessen are delivered by Rav Leibel Gorelick and Rav Zell.
A limited number of slots at Bais Hillel for the coming winter zeman have become available for bochurim. For more information, call 917.743.4755.
